Do you do school drop offs & pickups (i.e. before and after school)?

Yes! We currently offer drop off and pickup at Rooks Nest Academy and also Lofthouse Gate.

For the before school children, we serve breakfast at 8am and usually consists of cereal, toast and fruit and for the after school children qe serve tea at approx 4.30pm after the school pickup and consists of a warm cooked balanced meal, however in summer/warm days it may consist of sandwiches/salads (whichever is appropriate).

We open for school age children from 7.30am until 6.00pm and we flat fee for drop off and pickups.

Holiday Care

Depending on our current vacancies we may be able to offer full time care in the holidays, even if we just pick up and drop off.

Do offer funding for 2 Year Old & 3/4 Year Old?

Yes, We do work with wakfield council to offer funding to children. 2 Year old funding is subject to parent's status and we must keep the letter from the council to state that your child is eligable.

Do you accept childcare vouchers?

Yes, we are registered with quite a few childcare voucher providers,

and we may be able to register with new ones should your scheme be different

Do accept home educated children?

We do, and we feel we can inspire your child to learn, however we are not responsible

for your child's eduction. A lot of the groups we visit (such as the hut, and forest

school) have quite a significant number of home educated children also.
